Then comes the heat treatment process. The heat treatment process of molybdenum-copper alloy mainly includes two stages: solution treatment and aging treatment. Solution treatment is to heat the alloy to a certain temperature and keep it warm for a certain period of time to dissolve the solid solution and precipitation phase in the alloy and adjust the structure and properties of the alloy. Aging treatment is based on the solid solution alloy, by controlling the heating time and temperature, so that the precipitation phase is re-condensed and the structure changes, and the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the alloy are further improved.

Then comes the machining process. The machining of molybdenum-copper alloy includes turning, milling, drilling, grinding and other processes. During the machining process, it is necessary to select appropriate tools, cutting parameters and coolants to ensure the machining accuracy and surface quality of the product. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to controlling the machining temperature to avoid oxidation or discoloration of the alloy surface due to high temperature.
